Reservation Guidelines
- Reservation Approval: All reservation times must be approved by the owner.
- Payment: Required at the time of reservation or, if pre-approved, on the day of the event before it begins.
- Clean-Up: Please remove all personal items at the end of the event. Terms & Conditions
- Safety: Follow all safety instructions provided by staff, and keep children under 12 supervised
- Weather Policy: We may cancel or reschedule in case of bad weather. You’ll receive notice along with options to reschedule or get a credit.
- Liability: Participation is at your own risk.
- Fire Management: Our staff manages the fire at all times. Guests must not add wood or adjust the fire.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours prior for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may receive a credit for future bookings.
- Prohibited Items:
- Outside firewood, accelerants, or flammable materials
- Glass containers
- Unapproved food or beverages
