Morning & Afternoon

For lunch, head to Freeport Marina. Once you reach the docks, you’re steps away from all things Daufuskie Island. The Old Daufuskie Crab Company Restaurant is adjacent to the marina. This sea-breeze-swept and sun-kissed island oasis features a variety of distinctly delicious entrees set against a backdrop of magnificent sunsets over a pristine tidal river. Dine on the local shrimp, fish, Daufuskie Deviled Crab™, and all the ‘fixin’s.
After lunch, it’s time to explore the Island! Rent a bike or a golf cart and take a self-guided tour through the winding roads and trails of Daufuskie. You’ll come across beautiful beaches, historic landmarks, and stunning views of the marshes.
